What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Starter is $99 billed monthly, or $79 per month billed as $948 each year. Yearly plans renew annually. Included minutes still renew monthly, and additional minutes are billed monthly.
What happens if I use more than my included minutes?
Additional minutes cost $0.50 on Starter, $0.40 on Scale, and $0.30 on Professional. Calls are measured by the second. Minutes do not roll over.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter covers up to five intake scenarios, Google Calendar booking, and direct transfers. Choose Scale for unlimited intake scenarios, warm and waterfall transfers, or document uploads. Professional adds a personal setup session, priority support, and more included minutes.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Forward missed calls from your existing number to Penny, or give customers your Penny number. Each plan includes one business, one Penny phone number, and one connected calendar.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel renewal from your account. Your paid subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, subject to the Terms of Service.
